Our stay here was very relaxing, enjoyable base for exploring Santo Stefano al Mare. The staff was very amiable and super-friendly, as for 4-stars hotel. The restaurant was good for dinner and lunch, we ordered excellent dishes. We had terrace, it's own balcony, and a lounge area. Also, location was peaceful, at walking distance from a Catholic church.
Everything was fantastic!

the cleaness of the room, the location of the hotel even though it was a bit distant from the city we wanted to be.
we had a problem with the heating system so we changed three rooms. but the staff was really wonderful and they helped us a lot to solve the problem.

Nice, family environment. Very nice reception and restaurant staffs. Dinner at restaurant is excellent. Direct access to beach and private beach area is a plus. Hotel room looks relatively new.
Breakfast buffet is a bit boring and choices are limited. Would be great to have sign/direction as to where the reception area is. Would be great if maps of the surrounding areas as well as list of activities in the area are available. Hotel has not suggestion/complaint form available.

Overall great hotel! Nice location. Free parking. Calm and nice.
Wifi works only at reception.you need additionally to pay for beach places. Breakfast selection is rather small, so you might get tired of it in several days.

The cycle path from San Lorenzo to Ospedaletti had the most epic views, perfect for all us bike enthusiasts. And the MTB routes were off the chain, with trails of all difficulty levels. Plus, the hotel had a sick family offer, so it was the perfect spot for me and my friends to have an unforgettable time!
The only thing I would've asked for is more options for young party-goers. It would've been dope to have some more nightlife and activities geared towards us wild teenagers.

Location
The beds were extremely hard and this made it difficult to sleep the night through. Pillows also very hard.

Great location, attractions of Riviera dei Fiori and Cote d'Azur within easy reach. Good setting on the seaside with its own beach.
Hotel guests get no preferential treatment at the separately operated beach section -- I.E. go early in the day if you want your own parasol and beds... Breakfast showed little variation and was boring after a few nights.
